Manu Ginobili turned back time, leading the Spurs to a 110 to 107 overtime win.
The win gives the Spurs a 3 games to 2 lead in the best of seven series against the Rockets.
Ginobili hit some key shots and blocked a James Harden shot in the closing seconds of the game to lead the Spurs to the win.
Kawhi Leonard had 22 points, but left the game early with an ankle injury.
Game 6 is on Thursday night in Houston.
