A man was shot and killed when police say he was arguing with his ex wife outside her east side home, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the 200 block of West High Street, which is off Gevers Ave, about 9PM for a report of an argument.
When officers arrived, they were told the ex had pulled a gun on the woman, who then ran back into the house.
The man followed her, apparently unaware that there was another man inside the house.
He pulled a gun and fired one shot, killing the intruder.
Police say they are still investigating, and right now it looks like self defense and no charges have been filed.
