Egypt's President Declares State Of Emergency After ISIS Church Blasts

ISIS is claiming responsibility for a  pair of deadly bombings at churches in Egypt.  The media wing of ISIS  said the terror group carried out the attacks at a Coptic Christian  church in Tanta and another in Alexandria.  Both churches were packed  with worshipers for the start of the Holy Week leading to Easter.   Dozens of people were killed and scores wounded.  Egyptian President  Abdel Fattah el-Sisi declared a state of emergency in the country for  the next three months.
