Texas Senator John Cornyn says there's no question the leader of Russia is out to undermine our democracy and our confidence on our public institutions. The Republican lawmaker tells CBS' "Face the Nation" the Intelligence Committee is doing a bipartisan investigation into Russian ties with the Trump administration. Cornyn says it's "not a witch hunt, but a legitimate area of inquiry. As for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn seeking immunity, Cornyn says it's premature. Cornyn says they need to get as much background and talk with other witnesses before they discuss Russia with Flynn.
