One woman is dead and another is hospitalized with life threatening wounds, following a double shooting in south Bexar County late Tuesday, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Deputies were called to the 21300 block of Highway 281 South on a report of gunfire.
When they arrived they found the victim already dead. Deputies say the other woman was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
Deputies did not say if they are looking for suspects.
