(Washington, DC) -- One suspect is reportedly in custody after an incident near the U.S. Capitol. NBC News reports that the suspect reportedly struck a Capitol Police cruiser and then tried to run over some officers on foot. Officers then fired shots at the car. The incident unfolded near the Rayburn House Office building, which is across the street from the Capitol.
