One patron of a northwest side bar was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after he was shot three times by a man who fired into the tavern from the parking lot early Sunday, police tell News radio 1200 WOAI.
Officers were called to the 5700 block of Evers on a report of a fusillade of shots being fired into the What's it To Ya' Lounge.
When they arrived they were told that a man walked up to the front door and stood outside, firing shots into the bar.
15-20 shell casings were found in the parking lot.
The victim, a man in his twenties was sitting at the bar, and police don't know what connection, if any, the victim had with the gun man.
The gunman escaped in the chaos and remains at large, police said.
