"No Changes" To Be Made In Star Wars Franchise Following Star's Death

(Santa Monica, CA)  --  Carrie  Fisher's death back in December will not affect future Star Wars films. Disney CEO Bob Iger explained that Fisher appeared throughout "Star  Wars: Episode VIII" and the movie will not be edited in any way to  reflect her passing.  Iger hinted that there could be more Star Wars  movie over the course of the next 15 years.  Disney is planning a ninth  episode of the Star Wars franchise as well as additional spinoffs,  including when Han Solo met Chewbacca.
