A 21 year old man is facing a murder charge following a confrontation at a south side home, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the victim, Jesus Moron, also 21, pulled up in front of a home on San Casimiro Street, which is off Roosevelt Ave, along with two other men.
When Alex Nerio say this, detectives say he ran back into his home and grabbed a shotgun.
He started blasting away at Moron, who was pulled back into the car and attempted to drive away, but he quickly passed out from blood loss.
He was rushed to the hospital, but was dead on arrival.
Police didnt say what sparked Nerio to start shooting at the men.
