Secret Service Arrests Possible White House Fence Jumper

(Washington, DC)  --  A suspect is under arrest after trying to scale a perimeter fence at the White House.  Presidential spokesman Sean Spicer told reporters that Secret Service agents stopped the suspect before they made it onto the grounds.  The incident prompted a lockdown at the White House this afternoon which has now been lifted.  It comes as the Secret Service continues to investigate last week's incident in which a fence jumper spent more than 15 minutes on the White House grounds before being arrested.
