North Korea is calling a test of a newly developed rocket engine successful. The nation's official media reported the engine will help the country achieve world-class satellite launch capability. It comes as Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is in Beijing meeting with Chinese officials on his first tour of Asia. Tillerson is seeking China's help in dealing with North Korea's nuclear and ballistic missile programs.
