The San Antonio Spurs have confirmed that LaMarcus Aldridge has been cleared to 'return to all basketball related activities,' and will be available without restrictions for tonight's game against Portland, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Aldridge was benched after 'an occurrence of a minor heart arrhythymia in Oklahoma City on March 9.The Spurs cleared Aldridge following extensive testing and consultation with numerous medical experts."
We are thankful that LaMarcus will be able to rejoin the team," Spurs General Manager R.C. Buford said. "All of us have been impressed with the professionalism and grace he has shown in dealing with this difficult situation."
