North Korea Warns U.S. of "Merciless" Attacks Over Military Drill

North Korea is threatening to launch attacks as the U.S. and South Korea continue to hold joint military exercises in the region.  F-18 fighter jets from the USS Carl Vinson are taking part in what the Pentagon calls routine drills.  North Korea's state news agency warned that its Army would deliver "merciless" precision strikes by land, sea and air if the U.S. infringes on its territory.  Tensions remain high in the region after North Korea's recent missile tests and the deployment of a new U.S. anti-missile system in South Korea.
