AT&T customers can once again call 911 on their cellphones. The company tweeted the issue that affected states across the country Wednesday night has been resolved. Law enforcement agencies reported outages in states including Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland and Washington, DC. AT&T did not give an explanation for the problem.
