A bizarre incident this morning at the Central Library downtown has left a man hospitalized with potentially life threatening knife wounds, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police tell News Radio 1200 WOAI that two men began arguing in the library over which of them was going to be able to use an electrical outlet to charge his cell phone.
One man pulled a knife and stabbed the other man.
The knife guy was arrested without incident and is now at the Bexar County Jail, where he is not allowed to use his phone at all.
