A 23 year old man tried to avoid trouble overnight, but trouble followed him home.
Detectives tell 1200 WOAI news that the victim had argued with a group of men, and had left and riving to his home in the 100 block of Old Lake, which is near Potranco And South Ellison.
But the people he had argued with followed him, and when he arrived home, one of them jumped out of a pickup and shot him.
The victim was rushed to the hospital with non life threatening wounds.
The troublemakers, apparently confident they had done all the damage they could for one night, sped away.
So far, no arrests
