Beyonce joined Kamala Harris in her home city of Houston for a campaign event. The singer introduced Harris during a massive rally, saying she's endorsing Harris not as a celebrity or politician but as a mother. She called on the women of America to step up and vote, saying freedom is on the ballot this year. Harris has been using Beyonce's hit "Freedom" as a theme song for her campaign. Harris told the crowds they have the power to determine America's future by voting this November. She leaned heavily into the issue of reproductive rights, arguing the government shouldn't be allowed to make medical decisions for individuals. Harris promised to restore reproductive freedom in the U.S. if elected.
