Texas To Execute Man For 2008 Murder Of Infant Son

A man convicted of killing his infant son is scheduled to be executed by the state of Texas tonight. Travis Mullis was convicted of the 2008 capital murder of his three-month old son, Alijah. After driving for three days, Mullis - who was 21 at the time - entered a police station in Philadelphia and said he believed he was wanted for a murder in Texas. He's scheduled to be put to death by lethal injection in what will be the fourth execution in Texas this year.
