The FBI is investigating the death of a 12-year-old boy who fell off a balcony on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship as it was returning to Galveston. The fatal fall took place on Saturday as the Harmony of the Seas made its way back to port at the end of a seven-day Caribbean cruise. The FBI is working with the Coast Guard and Border Patrol to investigate the boy's death. His name hasn't yet been released.
