An east-west rapid transit route through downtown San Antonio has the go-ahead from the Bexar County Commissioners Court. Commissioners agreed on Tuesday to allocate $100 million for the Rapid Silver Line on Houston, Market, and Commerce Streets. The rapid transit line will involve buses operating in dedicated lanes.
