A baseball team from Boerne is on its way to the Little League Baseball World Series. The Boerne team, representing Texas West, defeated Louisiana 6-3 in Tuesday's championship game of the Southwest Regional Tournament. Boerne will play the Mid-Atlantic Regional Champions on Thursday of next week in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
