The Astros failed to sweep the Dodgers at home. Houston fell to Los Angeles 6-2 in the finale of a three-game series at Minute Maid Park. Yainer Diaz hit his ninth home run of the season on a two-run shot in the sixth inning. Starting pitcher Spencer Arrighetti was charged with the loss and fell to 4-and-9 after striking out eight and allowing three runs through six frames. The Astros had a three-game win streak snapped but remain atop the AL West at 55-and-50. They remain home to host the Pittsburgh Pirates tonight. Right-hander Jake Bloss will start opposite Pittsburgh righty Paul Skenes.
