The Rangers dropped their second straight game on the road. Texas lost to the Milwaukee Brewers 3-1 at American Family Field. Josh Smith brought home the team's lone run on an RBI single in the top of the first inning. Starting pitcher Andrew Heaney was charged with the loss and fell to 2-and-9 after allowing two runs through five frames. The Rangers are third in the AL West at 37-and-42. They close out their three-game set against the Brewers this afternoon. Right-hander Nathan Eovaldi is scheduled to start on the mound.
