A leader of the international criminal gang MS-13 is in custody following his arrest on Sunday at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. The FBI and Homeland Security arrested Cesar Humberto Lopez-Larios, who had been on the run for more than three-years. Lopez-Larios is accused of financing terrorism, providing support to terrorists, and planning violent acts across national borders. He will be formally charged in New York at a later date.
