Rangers Lose To Phillies In Series Finale

The Rangers were swept in Philadelphia. Texas lost to the Phillies 5-2 in the finale of a three-game set at Citizens Bank Park. Adolis Garcia belted his 12th home run of the season on a solo shot in the second inning. Ezequiel Duran also drove-in a run in the losing effort. Starting pitcher Andrew Heaney dropped to 0-and-6 after allowing four runs, three earned, through three-and-a-third innings. The Rangers have lost four in-a-row and sit second in the AL West at 24-and-27. They visit the Minnesota Twins tonight. Right-hander Jose Urena will start opposite Minnesota righty Bailey Ober.
