Trump Considers Paxton For Position Of US Attorney General If Reelected

Former President Donald Trump is reportedly considering Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for the position of U.S. Attorney General. Trump made the comment over the weekend during the annual convention of the National Rifle Association in Dallas. The former president told an interviewer that if he defeats President Joe Biden in the November election, he'll consider Paxton for the cabinet position. Paxton and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are a couple of Trump's strongest supporters in Texas.
