UT To Add Grad Student Housing Project For More Than 500

The University of Texas plans to add a graduate student housing project that will include entertainment, dining, and a grocery store. The UT System Board of Regents approved the university's proposal to build the project on Comal Street at East MLK Boulevard. The 576-bed development will be built near another new grad student housing project scheduled to open this fall with about 780 beds. The new project will feature five new beach volleyball courts that will enable the UT women's team to host NCAA competitions.
