Rangers Shutout By Mariners

The Rangers were shutout in their series opener against the Mariners. Texas lost to Seattle 4-0 at Globe Life Field. Nathaniel Lowe recorded two of the team's three hits in a tough day at the plate. Starting pitcher Dane Dunning dropped to 2-and-2 after totaling seven strikeouts and allowing four runs through four-and-a-third innings. The Rangers are now 12-and-12 heading into another game against Seattle tonight. In other news, Max Scherzer will make a minor league rehab start tonight.
