A big rig truck driver drove an 18-wheeler into the front a Texas Department of Public Safety substation in Brenham, killing one person.

Police say he was upset that he was losing his drivers license.

DPS Sergeant Justin Ruiz says the truck used in the attack was stolen this morning from the town of Chappell Hill. That's between Houston and Austin. There was a chase. The driver took a hard right and slammed straight through the front doors of the office in near-by Brenham.

Fourteen people were hurt. One of those airlifted to a hospital died. The driver, who has been identified as Clenard Parker, is under arrest.
