Rangers Lose To Athletics

The Rangers suffered their third straight loss. Texas fell to the Oakland Athletics 4-3 in the season opener at Globe Life Field. Evan Carter and Jonah Heim homered in the setback. Jose Leclerc was handed his second loss and first blown save of the year after he allowed two runs in the top of the ninth inning. The Rangers are now 6-and-5. They will host the A's again tonight.
