Here is the Total Solar Eclipse forecast as of midday Wednesday from the Weather Prediction Center at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in College Park, MD.
It is interesting how the Total Solar Eclipse forecast fluctuates. As of Wednesday SW Texas is forecast to have better visibility odds than NE Texas, which is just the opposite of the forecast for the previous few days.
The plot thickens. Let's hope the cloud cover doesn't on Monday.
