NTSB Investigates Deadly National Guard Helicopter Crash In Texas

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating Friday's deadly crash of a National Guard helicopter near the Texas border. Military officials have identified the two soldiers who were killed as Army National Guard members Casey Frankoski and John Grassia the Third. Homeland Security officials said the Border Patrol agent who also died in the crash was Chris Luna. A fourth New York Army National Guard soldier was seriously injured but there were no further details on their condition. The helicopter was on a support mission at the southwest border when it went down on Friday.
