A San Antonio man faces charges after reportedly sending sexually explicit messages to a police officer posing as a 14-year-old girl. Police say 50-year-old Philip Snapp sent a friend request to the undercover officer in December on a social media site, believing the officer to be an underage girl. Snapp reportedly sent graphic messages, photos, and illustrations to the officer. Police arrested Snapp on Wednesday for online solicitation of a minor.
