A man who was firing multiple shots inside his West Side apartment was shot overnight after exchanging gunfire with San Antonio SWAT officers. It happened at the Timbercreek Apartments off Timbercreek Drive near West Military Drive.
The man was grazed in the head and surrendered. He was taken to a hospital, but was expected to survive. None of the officers were injured.
