District Attorney Joe Gonzales says he's confident there will soon be an arrest in the case of the murders of Savanah Soto, her unborn child, and Matthew Guerra. Gonzales says the suspects will likely be charged with capital murder, but it's too soon to say whether his office will seek the death penalty. He says he's prosecuted more than 100 capital murder cases since he's been in office, and his capital crimes committee chose to seek the death penalty only twice.
