The Texas Attorney General is accusing a hospital in Seattle of providing sex-changes to Texas children. That's against the law in the Lone Star State but legal in Washington State. Lawyers for the Seattle hospital argue that Texas authorities don't have jurisdiction over them. They called requests for patient records a "sham" and "improper." Seattle Children's Hospital is suing the Texas Attorney General over subpoenas demanding medical information of patients receiving gender-affirming care.
