A teenager shot last year by a San Antonio police officer in a McDonald's parking lot is under arrest for the third time since the shooting. Universal City police took 18-year-old Erik Cantu Jr. into custody on Saturday after he reportedly evaded an officer during a traffic stop. An officer tried to pull Cantu over for speeding on Kitty Hawk Road, but Cantu refused to stop. After his arrest, Cantu was charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident, since a fender-bender happened during the chase.
