Authorities are giving the all clear after a HAZMAT situation in the Texas Attorney General's Office. Officials say an envelope with a "white, powdery substance" was mailed to the downtown Austin building this morning, leading to a partial evacuation. Three employees in close contact with the substance were decontaminated and taken to the hospital as a precaution.
