The City of San Antonio is looking to add more handicap accessible apartments. Since 2011, the San Antonio Housing Trust Authority built or preserved more than 11,000 accessible and affordable units. Just last year, the authority established a committee to develop inclusive and universal design-inspired housing standards. Next month, the Housing Trust is looking for more input from the public about those standards, hosting a group session on October 27th.
