Rangers Sweep Blue Jays In Toronto

The Rangers completed a sweep of the Blue Jays in Toronto. Texas defeated Toronto 9-2 in the series finale at the Rogers Centre. Corey Seager went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and a pair of runs scored. Jonah Heim belted his 17th homer of the year in Texas' sixth straight win. Cody Bradford earned his fourth win after tossing two-and-two-thirds scoreless innings of relief. The Rangers are a half-game back from Houston for the AL West lead at 82-and-64. They continue their road trip tonight against the Cleveland Guardians. Right-hander Jon Gray is slated to start opposite Cleveland righty Lucas Giolito.
