Texas Rangers second baseman Marcus Semien launched two home runs en route to a 9-4 win over the Oakland Athletics at Globe Life Field. Semien finished the game 4-for-5 with two RBI and three runs scored. Corey Seager hit his 30th home run of the season to help Texas win the three-game set. Andrew Heaney earned his 10th win after tossing six strikeouts over three-and-two-thirds scoreless innings of relief. Texas is third in the AL West at 78-and-64. They will visit the Toronto Blue Jays tonight. Right-hander Dane Dunning is slated to start the series opener.
