The Cowboys' defense racked up seven sacks and two interceptions as Dallas crushed the New York Giants 40-0 on Sunday Night Football at MetLife Stadium. Dorance Armstrong and Osa Odighizuwa recorded two sacks apiece, while DaRon Bland had a 22-yard interception return for a touchdown in the victory. Tony Pollard paced the Cowboys offense with 70 rushing yards and two scores. Dak Prescott passed for 143 yards as Dallas started the season at 1-and-oh. The Cowboys host the New York Jets in Week Two.
