New Accusations Against Paxton In His Dealings With Real Estate Investor

Texas House investigators claim Attorney General Ken Paxton worked to cover up his relationship with real estate investor Nate Paul. New claims revealed on Wednesday say the two men created an Uber account under a fake name so they could meet each other on the sly. Paxton and Paul allegedly met at least 20 times in 2020, sometimes to discuss the FBI probe of Paul's crumbling real estate holdings. Paxton's aides were concerned about how Paxton reportedly used his office to benefit Paul. Paul is accused of lying to financial institutions to secure business loans.
