Rangers Come Back To Salvage Finale Against Dodgers

The Rangers salvaged the finale of their series against the Dodgers after coming back for an 8-4 victory at Globe Life Field in Arlington. Martin Perez was credited with the win after striking out six batters and allowing four runs over six innings pitched. Jonah Heim and Leody Taveras each drove in a pair of runs with a two-run double. Texas is now leading the AL West at 59-and-41. Emmet Sheehan was charged with the loss after allowing eight runs on eight hits over three and two-thirds innings. Max Muncy provided all of the Dodgers' offense after hitting a grand slam in the top of the first. Los Angeles is now leading the NL West at 57-and-41.
