The San Antonio Board of Realtors says home sales are down 9% in San Antonio compared to this time last year. High mortgage rates are driving real estate sales down, with a nearly 10% decline in home sales statewide. SABOR data show that the average home price slightly decreased about $1,600 from June 2022 to June 2023. The number of days on the market increased significantly to 64-days.
