A manhunt is underway after as many as 30 people were shot at a block party in South Baltimore. City police say an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man were killed when gunfire erupted at the crowded event shortly after midnight. Nine people were taken to hospitals and three are in critical condition. Mayor Brandon Scott called the shooting a "cowardly act" and vowed to bring those responsbile to justice. Police are questioning witnesses and urging anyone with information to come forward.
