Victor Wembanyama took a few shots after his introductory news conference at the AT&T Center.

The news conference followed a special "Meet The Rookies" event at Arneson River Theater.

On Thursday night he was chosen as the first pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.

"Best day of my life. Probably the best night of my life. I have been dreaming about this for so long. It is a dream come true," said Wembanyama. "I'm going to give a hundred percent. All that is in my power to make this franchise win, you know, to have impact on the franchise and the fan base and the community."
