Heat Beat Nuggets, Even Series 1-1 In NBA Finals

The Miami Heat put together a strong fourth quarter on the way to a 111-108 victory over the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena. Miami outscored Denver 36-to-25 in the final 12 minutes to even the NBA Finals at one game apiece.

Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler each totaled 21 points in the come-from-behind win. Gabe Vincent paced Miami with 23 points while knocking down four shots from three-point range. Nikola Jokic scored a game-high 41 points and totaled 11 rebounds in the losing effort. Jamal Murray recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 assists.

The series shifts to Miami for Game Three on Wednesday night at the Kaseya Center.
