Four felony suspects are in custody following a police standoff on the city's Northeast Side on Thursday afternoon. San Antonio police detectives were conducting surveillance around 6 p.m. Wednesday on Amanda Beltran, wanted for aggravated robbery. They tailed Beltran to an apartment complex on NE Loop 410 near Harry Wurzbach Road. The detectives spotted three other people there, including a capital murder suspect, his father, and another suspect. After a seven-hour SWAT standoff, Beltran and the others were arrested on charges including murder, assault, burglary, robbery, and drugs.
