The driver involved in a crash that killed eight people in front of a migrant shelter in Brownsville, Texas is facing multiple charges. Brownsville police said the driver ran a red light on Sunday and lost control before slamming into the crowd. The suspect, who has an extensive rap sheet, has been arraigned and could face other charges as the investigation continues. Investigators are still working on determining a motive and are waiting on tests to reveal if he was under the influence when the crash happened. The crash killed eight people and injured seven people, with several migrants from Venezuela among the victims.
